Installation instructions

Click "Install" from the Bitrix24 Marketplace to add SmartBot IA. This establishes the secure connection with your Open Channels.
Once installed, open the app directly from the Bitrix24 left menu ("SmartBot IA").
Inside the dashboard, configure your OpenAI API Key (or use our provided infrastructure).
Create your first bot: customize its Name, Prompt, and upload documents (PDF/Text) in the Knowledge Base tab to train it.
Finally, go to Bitrix24 'Contact Center' > 'Open Channels', select a line (WhatsApp, Telegram, Web Chat...), and assign your new SmartBot IA as the responsible chatbot.

You will need an OpenAI account with active credits for the bot to work. You can get your API Key at https://platform.openai.com
