Bitrix24 Open Channels Now Work With Instagram
Now you can connect Instagram to Bitrix24 Open Channels in just a few clicks and enjoy new integration. All comments to your Instagram posts will appear in your Bitrix24 CRM and authors of these comments will be saved to the CRM database.

Instagram comments will appear in your Bitrix24 in about 15 minutes, your sales team can pick up the conversation and reply directly from Bitrix24 chat (there are several limitations set by Instagram, please read more here).

This option is available for all Bitrix24 plans, including the free one.
