How it works

Enable Skrill in app settings, connect your Skrill Business account credentials, and send payment or invoice links from Bitrix24. Customers complete payment on Skrill, and Bitrix24 updates the related status after confirmation.

The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only.
Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

FAQ

• We can’t connect Skrill in Bitrix24. What should we check first?
  

Make sure you have a registered and verified **Skrill Business** account. Without verification, connection and live payment setup may fail.

• We saved settings, but we’re unsure if credentials are correct. What do we need to enter?
  

Use your Skrill merchant/logon email in the integration settings. After saving valid credentials, available payment methods load automatically.

• Customers are redirected to a Skrill page and some methods are missing — is that normal?
  

Yes. Redirect to Skrill Quick Checkout is expected for secure hosted payment. Available methods can vary by customer country and Skrill availability rules.
