Zoom Video Conferencing in Bitrix24

Today we'd like to inform you about the cool update in Bitrix24. Bitrix24 CRM and Messenger now integrate with Zoom. This means you can now use Zoom directly in Bitrix24 to communicate with your customers and team members. This means you can now use Zoom directly in Bitrix24 to communicate with your customers and team members. No additional steps and actions needed from your side. 

You can find Zoom feature inside Bitrix24 CRM profile, sing in to your Zoom profile and create a Zoom meeting right away. 



Created and scheduled Zoom meetings are automatically added to the calendar of the meeting creator, and they also automatically appear in the CRM Activities. There are also many useful options inside this integration. For instance, after the Zoom meeting is completed, the event is logged into the CRM profile timeline. What is more, if the meeting has been recorded in Zoom, there will appear links to audio and video recordings of the event details.
