- Add a connection: scan a QR code with your phone (WAPP) or sign in with Facebook to link the official WhatsApp Business API (WABA).
- Open any Deal or Contact and start chatting from the WASync widget, or work from the WASync Chat inbox.
- Add AI robots and Chat Flows to automate replies, qualify leads and update the CRM.
Pricing: WAPP $19/month (QR) or WABA $29/month (official WhatsApp Business API) per number. 7-day free trial. AI automations included in every plan. Optional Platform API + MCP developer add-on at $12/month.

What you need. A paid Bitrix24 plan (the free plan cannot run Market apps). WAPP: a phone with WhatsApp that stays active. WABA: a Facebook/Meta Business account; Meta bills its own per-conversation messaging fees and outgoing call minutes directly to you.
Limits to know. WhatsApp only (no Telegram or Instagram). WABA numbers cannot join consumer WhatsApp groups; proactive messages outside the 24-hour window require approved templates. Calls are available on WABA numbers only and are placed from the WhatsApp mobile app; some countries restrict WhatsApp voice. Media up to about 16 MB per file. Voice notes are sent and received, not transcribed. AI requires your own provider API key. One WhatsApp number is active in one WASync connection at a time.
