If you are using Bitrix24 Contact Center for client communication and have several agents, there is a cool option to configure extension numbers for each of your agents.

As you may know, the Webmail module in Bitrix24 allows to connect most popular mailboxes to Bitrix24 in order to handle all your emails directly in your Bitrix24 account. Gmail can also be connected to Bitrix24 Webmail.

In Bitrix24 CRM there is an option to change the responsible person for a CRM element in case needed. You can change the responsible for a specific CRM element one by one or perform a group action for several items.
