Meeting Scheduling

Meetings can be created directly from the Activity Stream or Calendar by simply creating a new event and inviting participants.

Each invitee then either confirms or declines invitation and, if accepted, the online meeting is automatically added to the calendar of the participant.

Bitrix24 can be used for online meetings for teams or with clients. External participants are easily invited via the extranet.

Workgroups

If necessary, a separate workgroup can be created in seconds for the meeting. Each workgroup comes with it's own activity stream, wiki, calendar, polls, tasks and files.

Videoconferencing

Video chat and videoconferencing are other popular online meeting tools in Bitrix24, and all are available free of charge. Group chat and instant messaging can be used during video calls, which is handy for things like sharing e-mail addresses or website addresses.

Idea Management

A separate idea management service is available to the users of the self-hosted editions of Bitrix24.

Created for large organizations as a brainstorming and idea evaluation tool, it allows any employee to share thoughts let colleagues evaluate each idea. All votes, whether 'yea' or 'nay' (i.e. '+' or '-'), are counted and a rating is calculated from the voting.

Mobile users can participate in online meetings via groupchat or workgroup posting.
