Create Deals In Bitrix24 CRM Automatically With New Incoming Calls
Bitrix24 offers a fully-featured mature telephony module with CRM integration. Use sales automation tools to win more deals faster. 

With Bitrix24 Simple CRM mode you can turn each new incoming call into a new deal automatically. 

In case you get a new call from the existing client (already registered in your CRM), this call will be linked to the existing deal in progress.

By default, new incoming deals appear in general pipeline. To automatically create new deals in different pipelines, configure CRM automation rules.
