New CRM Forms In Bitrix24 Open Channels

The CRM forms in the Open Channel chat have been updated. Now you can not only enable (disable) the customer contact form in Live Chat, but also send any CRM form to the customer's Open Channel chat, or via the Sales Center. Read more about:

  • CRM contact information form in Live Chat. Сontact information form is required to identify the customer in Live Chat. Such forms help to capture customers' contact details in a short period of time. Learn more about it here.
  • CRM form in the Open Channel chat. While communicating with a customer, you can send any active CRM form to the Open Channel chat. A short link will be sent to the customer. Go to this help article for details.
  • Send CRM forms via Sales Center. Alternatively, you can send a CRM form to the Open Channel chat through the Sales Center. Learn more in this help article
