Installation instructions
  1. Install WhatsApp Business API AiBrains app.
  2. After successful installation, a new WhatsApp Business API AiBrains connector will appear in the Contact Center.
  3. Go to the Contact Center and click on the new WhatsApp Business API AiBrains connector installed by the application.
  4. On the connector interface, click the "Connect " button.
  5. Enter gupshup.io ApiKey and gupshup.io AppName, click the "Connect" button.
  6. The connector is ready for use.
In order to start working with the WhatsApp Business API AiBrains, you need to go through the process of confirming your company on Facebook.
