Every day your sales team performs the same action: send dozens of emails, sms, QR codes, etc. to customers over and over again. With Bitrix24 you can automate your sales process via rules and triggers and get more things done faster.

No coding skills required to set up the automation. Each automation rule has a detailed description which makes it easier for you to decide which rule suits your work script best. (Read more about rules here)

Triggers (unlike automation rules) do not perform operations, but track customer actions and CRM updates. (More information about triggers here)

Helper automation rules are additional rules which do not perform an action, but get the information form your CRM database or create links (e.g. get product information or create payment link).
