Now working with external users extends even further with guest invitations. You create an event, modify settings such as date, time and participants. External guests will get an invitation as well as your colleagues and will be able to agree or decline the upcoming meeting.
It becomes possible to manage time for everyone. If plans change, you can edit the event, and external users will receive emails with updated details. You will also see if they attend the event in the system. In addition, your guests will be able to see details of the event and download attachments, if there are any.
