It is comfortable both for clients and a company if a customer deals with one company representative. The agent knows all details of the process, knows all problems of the client, can negotiate and provide service of the company.
But in some cases, you may need to transfer CRM elements of one agent to another. For example, if an employee’s attention is needed in another place, the deal is done, or the element is successfully transferred to another department. Especially, it is important, if the agent is fired.
You can change the agent for each CRM element individually or change all elements allocated to the agent. Read more about it here.
If you want to transfer CRM elements from a dismissed agent, there is another way. We recommend changing the responsible person for CRM elements before you dismiss the agent. But there are still options. Here is an instruction.
