"View documents using Office 365" option is not available

If you are wondering why you cannot view documents using Office 365 in your Bitrix24 account, it’s because Microsoft company has recently changed the way third-party services get access to view files in OneDrive for Business.
You can still view the documents by choosing a different default document viewer in your Bitrix24 or by logging in to your Office 365 work account. More details in our Helpdesk article.
