Meet Bitrix24.Softphone (Year 2015)

If you’ve updated your mobile app for Android or iOS, you can now use free Bitrix24.Softphone. It is easily accessed by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner first and then the phone icon after that.
When dialing the number via the tab, you’ll be using Bitrix24 telephony credits at our incredibly low local and international rates. If you are away from your PC when receiving an incoming phone call via Bitrix24.Telephony, it will be automatically routed to your smart phone.
Bitrix24.Softphone offers you a number of advantages over calling clients via your mobile carrier. First, if you rented phone number via Bitrix24 in any of these 43 countries, you won’t have to pay any call transfer fees when using the mobile app to answer incoming calls.
Second, all incoming and outgoing phone calls can be recorded, if this option has been enabled in your Bitrix24.Telephony settings. Third, and most important, the calls and recordings will be automatically logged and upended to relevant CRM entities in Bitrix24 account.
