Meet new Bitrix24 & Freshdesk integration

This app works with Facebook integration of Freshdesk. When a new customer contacts your Facebook fan page via chat or comment, new ticket and contact are automatically created.
Default Freshdesk tickets may seem difficult to define it's source. This integration app updates the ticket subject, so that you know where it came from.
If you collected customer's information (e.g. phone number) and updated Freshdesk with it, a new lead will be automatically created on Bitrix24 with specified source.
